He has been practicing law since 1997 and has been a licensed legal counsel since 2002. He has been associated with the Vinci & Vinci Group since 2003, when he became a partner and managing head of the law firm.
His extensive practice covers a wide range of legal areas, from ongoing legal services for commercial entities and institutions—including labor law, corporate and commercial law, civil law, and sector-specific regulations—to large, individual projects involving mergers, acquisitions, and transformations, including legal analyses and due diligence.
For many years, he has also been involved in issues related to social entrepreneurship, including legal services for social enterprises, foundations, and associations, as well as participation in projects aimed at supporting and promoting social entrepreneurship.
President of the Silesian Employers’ Association Lewiatan (a member of the Lewiatan Confederation) and a member of numerous bodies, including the Voivodeship Social Dialogue Council in Katowice (Vice-Chairman), the Voivodeship Labour Market Council, and the District Labour Market Council in Katowice. Former member of the Social Dialogue Council in Warsaw.
He is also a manager and a member of management and supervisory bodies in companies and other entities.
