She has many years of experience in accounting and finance within medium and large manufacturing and service companies, both domestic and international.
She has held positions such as Chief Accountant, Chief Financial Officer, and Managing Director. She is responsible for transformation and restructuring processes, as well as ERP system implementations and business process optimization in enterprises, including building accounting and financial processes within client structures (interim management).
She cooperates with both domestic and international entities, including those operating within the Polish Investment Zone (Special Economic Zones). She is involved in mergers and acquisitions projects and investor acquisition, as well as delivering professional training and building financial teams within client organizations.
She is the author of a proprietary methodology for implementing compliance policies in financial areas, applied in interim projects. A graduate of Franklin University / WSB Merito University – MBA in International Business Management.
Privately, she enjoys active leisure, is a big fan of board games, and a devoted fan of the Harry Potter series.
