We offer legal advice, review and analyze agreements, manage updates in the National Court Register (KRS), and handle the entire process of obtaining public benefit organization status.
We support clients both at the stage of establishing an organization and during its ongoing operations — including the preparation of statutes, resolutions, registration documents, as well as assistance with restructuring and liquidation. We also provide legal support in relations with supervisory authorities and public administration, and represent organizations in court and administrative proceedings.
